Symphogear is an original action music anime series produced by studio Satelight.
Synopsis: Tsubasa Kazanari and Kanade Amou are an idol duo known as ZweiWing, but they also fight against a deadly alien race known as Noise using Symphogears, an ancient weapon, and armor. During a ZweiWing concert, Noise launched an attack. While trying to protect a wounded girl named Hibiki Tachibana, Kanade sacrifices herself, leaving a fragment of her Symphogear inside Hibiki. After two years, a Noice attack again involves Hibiki. Maybe faith is at work because she awakens the Symphogear power through the leftover fragment and teams up with Tsubasa to fight against the Noise.
