Where Does Fire Force Anime End In The Manga?

Fire Force (Enen no Shouboutai) is an action supernatural manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ookubo. The manga received an anime adaptation in the Summer of 2019. The 24-episode season one of Fire Force anime covered the first 90 chapters, and the 24-episode season two covered upto chapter 174 of the Fire Force manga. Ookubo launched the Fire Force manga series in 2015 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shounen Magazine. The first season of the anime, animated by David Production, aired on MBS and TBS from July 6 to December 28, 2019. The anime’s second season, also animated by David Production, aired from July 4 to December 12, 2020.

Kodansha Comics began publishing the series in English in 2016 with this synopsis: The city of Tokyo is plagued by a deadly phenomenon called spontaneous human combustion. Luckily, a special team is there to quench the inferno: The Fire Force! However, the fire soldiers at Special Fire Cathedral 8 are about to get a unique addition. Enter Shinra, a boy with the power to run at the speed of a rocket, leaving behind the famous “devil’s footprints” (and destroying his shoes in the process). Can Shinra and his colleagues discover the source of this strange epidemic before the city burns to ashes?
