It is refreshing to watch a show which diverts from typical tired tropes of the harem genre and does something unique, even if the story is average. And Trinity Seven is one such ecchi harem anime with a one-up on other average harem shows, thanks to its appealing characters and plot. Furthermore, the character interactions and relationships are good enough to enjoy beyond the harem tag.
However, Trinty Seven cannot escape the harem genre’s problems despite its best efforts. Its typical high-school setting, sluggish character development, intricate magic system, and gratuitous fanservice place it only slightly above the other harem anime that involve magic. But besides that, Trinity Seven is a fun anime to watch.

Trinity Seven is a fantasy romantic comedy anime series adapted from the manga of the same name written by Kenji Saitou and drawn by Akinari Nao.
Synopsis: Arata Kasuga is an average guy who lives in a small village with his cousin, Hijiri Kasuga. However, his peaceful life is ended when a mysterious event called the “Breakdown Phenomenon” destroys his hometown, with all people mysteriously disappearing along with his cousin.
To get back his cousin from the Breakdown Phenomenon, Arata decides to become a Magus and enrolls at Royal Biblia Academy. He meets seven beautiful girls known as the Trinity Seven at the academy, who later assist him with his goal.
